Reservations

Both our Mac and PC Labs can be reserved for classes requiring hands-on activities by the students. Computer Assisted Language Learning for current courses is facilitated both in our labs and online: The labs can be installed with instructional software and faculty can also request a web course folder for publishing instructional materials online.

If you want to sign up for a particular time slot in one of the labs and this time is reserved for the entire semester, it may be possible to make arrangements with the course instructor to share some of the time. We encourage you to contact the course instructor directly and if you require further assistance please speak to Dan Tom (956-8047).

We also have 3 PC carts which you can reserve to take to your classroom (Moore Hall Only) for special presentations. A modern, portable multi-media projector is available for check out for use outside Moore Hall, but you must provide your own laptop or desktop computer. The multi-media projector is reserved through our Language Learning Center website here: LLC Equipment Resources.

To reserve a computer class lab, please enter the information in the form below. When reserving a PC Cart, in place of #4 'Mac Lab or PC Lab' please indicate 'PC Cart'. Please also indicate the classroom number.
