Teleconference Support

LLC facilitates Internet teleconference meetings. We typically hold these meetings in the Faculty Development Lab or in Moore Hall 155A (see below for a description of these rooms). We have also hosted telepresenters in our larger computer labs for remote speakers and guests. To reserve a room for teleconferencing please follow these four easy steps:
- If you haven't already, begin by making a reservation request through the online reservation page (see menu above) for the room you would like to use for the teleconference (please use TELECONF as the course name).
- Next, download the Teleconference Checklist PDF document below. This form can be filled out electronically or printed and entered by hand.
- Submit the Checklist document via email attachment (to: llcit@hawaii.edu) or in-person (Moore Hall 256).
- Finally, an IT Specialist will contact you to confirm the reservation and gather more details.
NOTE: Your teleconference meeting request will NOT be scheduled until a consultation with the IT Specialist has been conducted. This is in your best interest!
